The participant will develop the skills and knowledge required to contribute to the process of building school performance. This will involve identifying the key factors that contribute to school performance, reviewing the current performance of a school, identifying an appropriate appraisal and school review program to initiate changes within the school and identifying supportive strategies to improve and build a performance culture. The participant will reflect on an appraisal process as part of a school initiative to build performance.
